With over two decades of experience in People & Organization Consulting across the Middle East and Africa, our founder established TREX HR to bring executive-grade strategic advisory to organizations that demand more than off-the-shelf solutions.
A trusted advisor to CEOs, Boards, and HR leadership teams, the founder combines deep functional expertise in HR strategy, organization design, and leadership development with an intimate understanding of the MEA business landscape.
Prior to founding TREX HR, the founder held senior consulting and HR leadership roles across multiple industries and geographies — building a track record of delivering transformative outcomes in complex, high-stakes environments.
